Odds
Each level hands out a set number a week. Under 1 means one every so many weeks: 0.25 is one a month, 0.5 one every two weeks. The odds on every spin adjust to what is still to give and how many scans are still expected, so the week's prizes spread across the week. A level with nothing on the shelf can't be won.

“Waiting on gate” means this person scanned, but the gate report for that day has not shown them clocked in yet. Hand it out if you know they worked; otherwise wait for the next report. “Ready” means the gate confirmed it.

Sticker scan
Off: tapping Scan spins straight away. On: the phone's camera opens first and the wheel only spins once it has read the sticker on a hard hat. One camera step, no second scan, and the stickers already printed work as they are. Takes effect on the next scan.
Friday email
Every Friday at 10:30 AM, once the morning gate report is in, the pickup list goes to these addresses: who is ready, who is still waiting on the gate, anything not picked up, and what is running low. Each address has to be verified with Cloudflare once before it can receive it.

Before launch
One tap the night before the crew start: every demo scan and demo person goes, shelf counts go back to what is loaded, the yellow test button disappears. Real employees, prizes, settings, managers and admins stay.
